Hemp Collective Finalists in the Clean + Conscious Awards 26
We’re incredibly proud to share that Hemp Collective has officially been named a Finalist in the Clean + Conscious Awards 2026.
Announced on Wednesday, 20th May 2026, the Clean + Conscious Awards celebrate brands and products helping shape a healthier, kinder and more sustainable future across Australia and New Zealand.
Now in their eighth year, the awards recognise more than 600 products across over 130 categories spanning beauty, wellness, food, home, fashion, fitness, baby, low-waste living and more. Finalists are selected not only for product quality and performance, but also for their commitment to sustainability, ethics, transparency and social responsibility.
For us, this recognition means so much because it reflects the values that Hemp Collective has been built around since day one.
Founded and manufactured in the Byron Shire, Hemp Collective was created with the belief that everyday products can be made differently with more care for people, planet and the future of Australian manufacturing. Using Australian-grown hemp seed oil and plant-based ingredients, we have always focused on creating practical, low-waste and multi-purpose products designed for everyday life.
What started as a small regional brand has now grown into a nationally stocked Australian-made business available in more than 300 stores across the country. Along the way, one of the biggest parts of our journey has been education, helping consumers better understand industrial hemp and the broader environmental and economic opportunities this incredible crop can offer.
Industrial hemp continues to gain momentum globally as industries search for sustainable alternatives across manufacturing, textiles, construction, wellness and agriculture. At Hemp Collective, we’ve seen firsthand how consumer behaviour is evolving, with more Australians actively seeking products that are low-waste, transparent, plant-based and locally made.
This recognition from the Clean + Conscious Awards reinforces the growing demand for products that prioritise both performance and purpose.
As a small Australian manufacturer, every decision behind the scenes matters. From our formulations and packaging through to sourcing and production, we aim to create products that support a more conscious approach to consumption while also supporting Australian suppliers, farmers and regional manufacturing.

We also know that sustainability is never about perfection it’s about continuously improving, innovating and making better choices where possible. That’s something we remain deeply committed to as we continue growing Hemp Collective and supporting the broader hemp industry in Australia.
The Clean + Conscious Awards were founded by Emily Fletcher, a therapeutically endorsed optometrist with postgraduate training in ocular therapeutics and a background in advanced chemistry. The awards were created to help consumers discover products they can trust while celebrating brands creating a meaningful, positive impact.
Each finalist product undergoes a thorough assessment process before being reviewed by an expert panel made up of 93 respected voices from across the conscious living space, including journalists, sustainability advocates, low-tox educators, ethical business leaders, beauty experts and health professionals.
This year’s panel includes names such as Kelley Sheehan from Peppermint Magazine, Kathryn Nelson from Plastic Free Mermaid, Sarah Berry from The Sydney Morning Herald, Irene Falcone from Clean Nectarine and many other leaders helping shape conversations around conscious consumerism and sustainable living.
We feel incredibly grateful to be recognised alongside so many inspiring businesses working towards positive change.
Most importantly, we want to thank our amazing customers, stockists and supporters who continue choosing Hemp Collective and supporting Australian-made, low-waste and plant-based products. Every order, share, recommendation and conversation genuinely helps small regional businesses like ours continue to grow and innovate.
Finalist products will now move through the final stage of hands-on judging, with winners to be announced in August 2026.
