5.2. Payments are processed via eWAY (Payment Gateway Provider). You must review and agree to their terms.
5.3. Once payment is confirmed, you will receive a receipt and your purchase will be recorded.
5.4. We may, at our discretion, offer refunds within 14 days if products are unopened and in saleable condition. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
6. Warranty
6.1. Our Products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
6.2. Warranty claims (Warranty Claim) can be made within 3 months from purchase (Warranty Period).
6.3. Claims require proof of purchase and a written notice to: P.O Box 228, Mullumbimby, NSW 2482 or email hello@hempcollective.com.au.
6.4. If accepted, we will repair, replace, or refund defective Products, with shipping costs borne by the customer.
6.5. The Warranty is exclusive and replaces all other warranties to the extent permitted by law.
6.6. The Warranty does not cover misuse, modifications, or cosmetic damage.
7. Delivery
7.1. We integrate delivery services via third-party companies (Delivery Service Providers).
7.2. We merely facilitate delivery options but do not control or guarantee them.
7.3. For lost or damaged deliveries:
(a) Contact the Delivery Service Provider for a claim;

Wholesale Terms and Conditions
These Wholesale Terms and Conditions (“Wholesale Terms”) apply to wholesale customers (“Wholesale Customer”, “you”, “your”) purchasing from Fields of Hemp Pty Ltd (ABN 66 608 861 133) (“we”, “us”, “our”) via hempcollective.com.au (the “Website”). By placing a wholesale order, you agree to these Wholesale Terms, our general Website Terms and Conditions of Use, and Privacy Policy.
1. Wholesale Eligibility
1.1. To become a Wholesale Customer, you must:
(a) Hold a valid Australian Business Number (ABN) or business registration relevant to retail sales;
(b) Submit a wholesale application form (if applicable) and be approved by us;
(c) Intend to resell our Products through approved retail channels (e.g., physical store, online shop).
We reserve the right to accept or decline wholesale applications at our discretion.
2. Minimum Order Requirements
2.1. All wholesale orders are subject to a minimum order value (e.g., $300 AUD excluding GST and shipping) unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Wholesale Pricing
3.1. Approved Wholesale Customers will receive access to wholesale pricing, which is confidential and subject to change without prior notice.
3.2. Prices are quoted exclusive of GST and shipping costs unless stated otherwise.
3.3. Recommended Retail Prices (RRPs) are provided as a guide; however, you may set your own final resale price unless otherwise contractually agreed.
4. Payment Terms
4.1. Payment must be made in full before shipment unless otherwise agreed.
4.2. We accept payment methods as set out on the Website (e.g., credit card, direct bank transfer, PayPal).
4.3. Orders will not be dispatched until payment is received in full.
5. Shipping and Delivery
5.1. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the Wholesale Customer unless otherwise specified.
5.2. Delivery timeframes are estimates only. We are not liable for any delays caused by third-party carriers.
5.3. Risk of loss or damage to Products passes to you upon dispatch.
6. Returns and Exchanges
6.1. Wholesale purchases are final. We do not accept returns for change of mind.

10. Termination
10.1. We may terminate your Wholesale Customer status immediately if:
(a) You breach any of these Wholesale Terms;
(b) You misuse our intellectual property;
(c) Your business ceases to trade;
(d) We determine that your conduct could harm our brand or reputation.
10.2. Upon termination, outstanding payments become immediately due.
11. Limitation of Liability
11.1. Our liability for wholesale transactions is limited to the value of the Products supplied.
11.2. We shall not be liable for loss of profits, business interruption, or any consequential damages.
12. General
12.1. These Wholesale Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
