Will your shampoo and or conditioner bar suit my hair type?

Yes, they should suit –

  • Normal hair
  • Dry hair
  • Combination of dry and normal hair
  • Limp hair
  • Curly hair
  • If you are a Swimmer or surfer
  • Coloured, treated or brittle Hair
  • Dandruff or itchy scalp

 

How much is shipping?

We have tried to make our shipping super simple

  • Shipping is $5 flat rate
  • Orders over $50 shipping is FREE
  • Overseas rate $15 per order (excluding rural delivery)

How do I use your shampoo bars?

Your new Shampoo bar is easy to use! Apply directly to your hair or lather in your hands and then wash it out.  The best way to love your products is to keep the tin and bar dry when not in use, and try to avoid humid/wet conditions as this can soften the bar over time.

Do I still need to use Conditioner with your shampoo Bars?

Yes you do. The reason is that the shampoo will open your hair follicle and then the Conditioner will seal or close the follicle. It’s best to use both even if it’s not from our range.

How do I use your Conditioner bars?

Simply wet the conditioner bar then apply directly to your hair from root to tip a few times. Massage into your hair – leave it in or rinse out with water.

How should I store the products when in the shower?

The best way to love your products is to keep the tin and bar dry when not in use, and try to avoid humid/wet conditions as this can soften the bar over time. Use a soap tray, dish or soap saver. If you can keep the bars and tin relatively dry it’ll extend their life.

What do they smell like?

Amazing! Our bars contain only natural essential oils. Think of the scent you love and that will be the smell.

I am a Vegan can I use your bars?

Yes, you sure can. Our bars are cruelty free and made with vegan friendly  ingredients.

Are they palm-oil free?

Of course. We wouldn’t have it any other way.​

I live in the Byron Shire, can I pick up my order from you?

Yes – we are based in Mullumbimby. Unit 2 6 – 8  Burringbar St Mullumbimby. It’s at the Byron Community College.

Do you wholesale?

Yes we do. Please register as a wholesaler on our website under wholesaler.

Are you plastic free?

Almost. We print on our lids to avoid another sticker and we have a waterproof stickers on our reusable tin!

When we ship your products the satchels are from the Better Packaging Co (home-compostable or fast-biodegrading post-packs) and the products are wrapped in tissue paper (as we hate bubble wrap). We are trying to become totally plastic free and are 90% there!

I have ordered from your website, when will my order be processed?

We know you will be looking forward to receiving your order, so we take 24-48 to process your request. We have people who handpick your order from our warehouse and safely package your product ready for shipping.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

We use mainly use Australia Post shipping for all our parcels. Estimated delivery times are between 3 -5 working days from the time your order has been processed. We will send you a shipping confirmation and enclose your tracking details, so you know where your parcel is, every step of the way

How much will it cost me in postage?

Our postage is calculated on your location. Please head to the checkout and put in your address for the postage costs.

What Should I Know About Pre-Orders?

Pre-orders are a great way for you to get in and pre-purchase our products before it’s ready to ship. It saves you worrying that we might sell out! Pre-orders can be purchased the same way as you would normally buy goods off our website and when the item is ready we will ship it straight away!

Do you ship internationally?

We always welcome international inquiries and can assist if this is something you would like to ship internationally. Please email hello@hempcollective.com.au with what you would like to order and the address the items are being sent too and we can provide you with our cheapest quote.

Do you deliver to PO Box, my work and or my home address?

Of course, we can. If your item is being delivered to your work address, please make sure that you include the company/business name in your shipping instructions. This way it is easier to find.

Help, my parcel is lost in the mail, what should I do?

This rarely happens, so we are sorry if this has occurred. The first thing to do is contact the carrier that your order was sent with and Quote the tracking code (you should be able to find this on your tracking email). If your items can’t be found, please call us on 026684 4919 or email hello@hempcollective.com.au

What happens if I receive an incorrect item?

We have a great system to ensure everyone receives the correct item, however, if you do receive the wrong order, please call us on 026684 4919 or email hello@hempcollective.com.au. We will organize your correct item free of any postage charges and send you a return postage bag for the incorrect item.

What happens if I am missing something from my order?

Contact us straight away. It could also be that your item was sent in multiple parcels or boxes, to keep postage affordable. Please contact our Customer Service Team on 026684 4919 or email hello@hempcollective.com.au. We will organise your correct item free of any postage charges straight away.

What happens if I miss the delivery attempt?

Because we use Australia Post, we select ‘Authority to Leave in a Safe Place’ unless you tell us otherwise. If the item is too large, a failed delivery attempt card will be left at your chosen address. This will direct you to your nearest Post Office to collect the item – proof of identity will be necessary.For Courier Service deliveries: If you have not given authority to leave at your address and you are not present at the time of delivery, you will need to contact the courier service to arrange a redelivery. If you miss the 2nd delivery attempt, your item will be returned to the courier depot for your collection, or you can arrange a 3rd delivery attempt – at your own cost.
